Анализ Инновационно-Инвестиционных Проектов Со Встроенными Реальными Опционами

Abstract

Данная статья посвящена вопросам анализа и оценки инновационных и инвестиционных проектов со встроенными реальными опционами. В ней проводится сравнение подходов к анализу реальных опционов в проектах, предлагаемых в литературе. Сравнение показало, что авторы в целом выделяют схожую последовательность этапов оценки реальных опционов в проектах, однако вопросам планирования последующей реализации опционов и разработки правил переходов между этапами уделено сравнительно мало внимания. Далее в статье предложен алгоритм анализа инновационно-инвестиционных проектов со встроенными реальными опционами. Разработанный алгоритм обладает следующими основными преимуществами и характеристиками относительно других подходов. Во-первых, оценка стоимости реальных опционов дополнена блоком анализа условий их исполнения. Во-вторых, предложено ввести раздел составления плана управления исполнением опционов. В-третьих, в алгоритме в явном виде проработана взаимосвязь между отдельными этапами анализа проекта. Применение алгоритма проиллюстрировано на условном примере. Библиогр. 26 назв. Ил. 4.
