Теория Оптимальных Валютных Зон И Единая Европейская Валюта

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы функционирования единой европейской валюты евро на основе теории оптимальных валютных зон. Как известно, теория оптимальных валютных зон, предложенная Р. Манделлом, строилась на мобильности факторов производства между странами, входящими в зону, и фиксированности курса общей валюты. Автор полагает, что нынешние кризисные явления, связанные с европейской валютой, коренятся не в долговых проблемах европейских стран, а в самой теоретической концепции единой валюты. Использование в странах с разным уровнем развития единой валюты с фиксированным курсом приводит не к дальнейшей интеграции, а, наоборот, к ещё большей дифференциации европейских стран. В публикации предлагаются различные экономические меры, в результате которых возможен выход евро из кризиса.
