Abstract

В статье рассмотрены предпосылки научного изучения местного налогообложения, проанализированы исследования, посвященные теории местных налогов, подготовленные в Императорском Санкт-Петербургском университете во второй половине XIХ-начале ХХ в.; охарактеризованы основные рассматриваемые в них проблемы и раскрыта суть проводившихся в них дискуссий.
