Модель Формирования Программ Социально Экономического Развития Региона

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of social and economic regional development simulation. A mathematical model is suggested to be used for such programs designing. It enables its operator to calculate expenditures and optimal terms of projects realizations. A special non budget fund is supposed to be established for gathering money to finance projects, which are recognized as effective ones. This model gives an opportunity to calculate a financial plan of revenues and expenditures of the fund in the time period under consideration.
