Abstract

В период быстрого совершенствования производительных сил инновации становятся главной движущей силой экономического развития. Инновационное развитие экономики сложный динамический процесс, порождающий множество проблем, в решении которых важная роль отводится государству. Опыт передовых зарубежных стран показывает, что эффективные меры государственной поддержки позволяют повысить инновационную активность и обеспечить высокий уровень инновационного развития страны.
