Abstract

Изложена современная ситуация в ОПК РФ. Показана важность вложения значительных инвестиций в военную промышленность. Исследованы действия рыночных механизмов в ОПК, проанализирован рост цен на военную продукцию, рассмотрены проблемы размещения государственного оборонного заказа и загрузки предприятий ОПК гражданской продукцией. В работе предложены меры по сокращению непроизводительных затрат по военной продукции, повышению уровня конкурентоспособности предприятий ОПК и качества продукции военного назначения. Предлагается переход на более современные методы планирования, отвечающие требованиям рыночной экономики.
