Abstract

В быстро меняющихся условиях функционирования организаций традиционные подходы к оценке успешности деятельности персонала в целом и специалиста в частности значительно трансформировались. Компаниям необходимы разносторонне образованные сотрудники с инновационными идеями и гибким мышлением. В статье проанализированы составляющие успешности работы специалиста в условиях инновационной экономики и обоснована необходимость развития латерального мышления, важнейшей составляющей мыслительного процесса, обеспечивающей продуцирование инноваций.
