Abstract

Рассматриваются практические аспекты измерения интенсивности труда операционных работников в коммерческом банке. В основе оценки интенсивности труда лежит установление нормы времени выполнения операций и рациональный темп труда, необходимые для расчета нормативного объема операций в течение рабочего дня, фактический уровень трудовой нагрузки и его отклонения от нормы. Использование данной методики оценки интенсивности труда дает возможность устанавливать мотивационные механизмы компенсации интенсификации трудовой нагрузки путем определения компенсационных выплат работникам, достигшим высокого уровня профессионального мастерства и производительности труда.
