Abstract

Успешность и эффективность инновационной деятельности зависят не только от развитой инфраструктуры. Важным аспектом является территориальное расположение субъектов малого предпринимательства, занимающихся инновационной деятельностью. Региональные особенности определяют специфические риски при реализации инновационных проектов. Рассмотрены проблемы инновационной деятельности в регионах, выявлены основные типы рисков в Сибирском федеральном округе, предложена авторская методика оценки региональных инновационных рисков.
