Идентификация Видов Труда: Эмоциональная Составляющая

Abstract

Рассмотрена классификация видов труда по степени эмоциональной нагрузки. Выделены эмоциональный, частично эмоциональный и неэмоциональный виды труда. Особое внимание уделено негативным эмоциональным состояниям, вызванным работой, таким как стресс, монотония, синдром эмоционального выгорания. Предложены пути предотвращения и выхода из этих состояний.
