Abstract

Анализируются трансформационные процессы, происходящие в системе занятости, в частности становление инновационной занятости в российской экономике, рассмотрены проблемы несбалансированности спроса и предложения на рынке труда. Изменение модели занятости неизбежно приводит к изменениям в содержании и организации профессиональной подготовки рабочей силы. Для результативности этих изменений предложена и обоснована необходимость создания системы взаимодействия социальной политики, развития сферы образовательных услуг и эффективной занятости.
