Экономическое Развитие Бюджетного Обеспечения Территорий

Abstract

На основе анализа экономического развития регионов выявляются значительные диспропорции в уровнях динамики финансовой обеспеченности на душу населения независимо от уровня состояния экономики. Описывается попытка оценки влияния экономических показателей на состояние налоговой базы, и как cледствие, на качество наполнения региональных бюджетов. По результатам делается вывод о необходимости существенного повышения качества экономического, а значит, и бюджетного планирования.
