Abstract

Теория пространственного развития города на современном этапе становления рыночных отношений в России нуждается в смене концептуальной основы управления: от градостроительного подхода и градорегулирования к градоустройству. Регулирование пространственного развития должно основываться на методах партнерства власти, бизнеса и населения в интересах развития городского социума. Настоящее исследование посвящено обоснованию методологического обеспечения организационно-экономического механизма управления развитием локальных городских территорий девелопменту локальных территорий в логике градоустройства.
