Abstract

Для оценки интеллектуального потенциала на рынке труда предлагается использовать интегральный индекс интеллектуального трудового потенциала. В состав данного индекса входят следующие компоненты: индекс физического потенциала, индекс образовательного потенциала и индекс научно-исследовательского потенциала.
