Abstract

В статье проанализирована взаимосвязь между системой трудовых отношений и изменением представлений о субъекте труда. Данная взаимосвязь позволяет оценить эффективность форм совместной деятельности и взаимоотношений людей в процессе труда и выработать наиболее эффективные механизмы развития социально-трудовых отношений.
