Роль Социального Капитала В Процессе Формирования И Реализации Человеческого Капитала

Abstract

Представлен сравнительный анализ основных концепций социального капитала и авторский подход к данной категории. Раскрыт характер взаимовлияния институтов человеческого и социального капитала. Особое внимание уделено определению роли социального капитала в процессе формирования и реализации человеческого капитала. Показаны особенности социального капитала в странах с переходной экономикой. Выявлены внешние отрицательные эффекты социального капитала в условиях «институционального вакуума».
