Abstract

Статья посвящена малоисследованным вопросам предъявления для опознания в суде. Анализируются отличия предъявления для опознания в суде от одноименного следственного действия, осуществляемого в рамках предварительного следствия. Обосновывается принципиальная возможность предъявления для опознания живых лиц в данной стадии уголовного судопроизводства. Рассматриваются процессуальные условия производства данного судебного действия.
