Оценка Развитости Кластерных Групп В Красноярском Крае

Abstract

В статье представлен порядок проведения оценки развитости кластерных групп на уровне субъекта РФ и его территорий, основанный на результатах обзора существующих подходов к такой оценке. Указанная оценка является одним из этапов определения потенциала кластерного развития территории. В работе приводятся результаты применения методики на примере Красноярского края и его территорий (макрорайонов). Определены значимость кластерных групп региона по показателям занятости и объема отгруженной продукции, уникальность кластерных групп и комплексный показатель значимости. Помимо значимости оценены связанность и эффективность кластерных групп. Как результат дана оценка совокупного показателя уровня развития кластерных групп.
