Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию современных проблем определения роли и места институтов развития в институциональной инфраструктуре хозяйственной системы, ориентированной на экономический рост. Дана оценка качеству функционирования современных институтов развития в России, их влиянию на инвестиционные процессы в условиях перехода экономики от стагнации к стадии оживления. Выявлены причины дисфункций институтов развития и представлены рекомендации по повышению эффективности их работы исходя из необходимости проведения денежно-кредитной и инвестиционной политики, стимулирующей экономический рост.
