Abstract

Main features of lease transactions with municipal property have been analyzed. Procedure of calculating the rent and payments to compensate utility and maintenance costs has been considered as well as peculiarities of reflection in institution’s accounting system have been determined. Проаналізовано особливості орендних операцій з комунальним майном. Розглянуто порядок здійснення розрахунку орендної плати, розрахунків по відшкодуванню комунальних послуг та експлуатаційнихвитрат та визначено особливості їх відображення у системі бухгалтерського обліку установи.
