Abstract

Problems of the present-day labor market functioning of Zhytomyr region have been considered. Main tendencies of development and employment of business entities’ labor potential have been disclosed as well as measures for intensifying these processes have been suggested Розглянуто проблеми функціонування сучасного ринку праці Житомирського регіону. Розкрито основні тенденції формування й розвитку трудового потенціалу суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності та запропоновано заходи, спрямовані на активізацію цих процесів
