Abstract

Practice of using program-target methods in budget process in the USA, Canada, the Russian Federation, and such EU countries as Great Britain, Italy, Germany and France, has been considered as well as the suggestions directed at improving this budgeting method in Ukraine have been offered Розглянуто практику використання програмно-цільового методу в бюджетному процесі США, Канади, Російської Федерації, а також таких країн ЄС, як Великобританія, Італія, Німеччина і Франція та сформульовано пропозиції спрямовані на удосконалення даного методу бюджетування в Україні
