Abstract

The article has been dedicated to solving the important scientific and practical problem of increasing efficiency of the stock market of Ukraine on the basis of formation of self-regulatory model of securities market infrastructure. The role of commercial banks and self-regulatory organizations as an important element of non-governmental regulation of stock market development of Ukraine has been determined in the article. Measures directed at forming in Ukraine self-regulatory model of Ukrainian stock market infrastructure have been identified. Присвячено вирішенню важливої науково-практичної проблеми підвищення ефективності фондового ринку України на основі формування саморегульованої моделі інфраструктури ринкуцінних паперів. В роботі визначено роль комерційних банків і саморегульованої організацій як важливого елементу недержавного регулювання розвитку фондового ринку України. Визначено заходи спрямовані на формування в Україні саморегульованої моделі інфраструктури українського ринку цінних паперів.
