Abstract

The article has been dedicated to the research of indicators of efficiency of company’s activity. Classification approaches to their grouping have been considered. The major systems of indicators as tools of company’s management have been identified. The necessity of changing the focus of attention between metrics of company’s activity efficiency depending on the chosen development strategies, has been grounded Досліджено показникіи ефективності діяльності підприємства. Розглянуто класифікаційні підходи їх групування. Ідентифіковано основні системи показників як інструмент управління підприємством. Обґрунтовано необхідність зміщення центрів уваги між системи показників ефективності діяльності підприємств залежно від обраних ними стратегій розвитку
