Abstract

The essence of evidence has been disclosed and its types, sources of getting it have been analyzed, as well as it has been proved that while conducting control, deviations and infractions are detected, but an auditor in compliance with the current domestic legislationisn’t authorized to get evidence Розкрито сутність доказів, проаналізовано їх види, джерела отримання, доведено, що під час контролю виявляються відхилення та порушення, але аудитор не уповноважений згідно чинного вітчизняного законодавства збирати докази
