ДИВЕРСИФІКАЦІЯ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ СУБ’ЄКТІВ ГОСПОДАРЮВАННЯ: ТЕОРЕТИЧНИЙ АСПЕКТ // Diversification of business entities: a theoretical perspective

In this article the author defined the essence of diversity. Analyzed research portfolio that are in economic theory for the study definition «diversification». Investigated the current system diversification of business entities, including analysis of the classification of areas and species. The necessity of the application process of diversification of economic entities in order to ensure a high level of competitiveness and supporting sustainable financial condition. Characterized factors need to introduce diversification processes. Formulated their goals and defined methods of diversification, with the aim of maximizing the profitability and financial stability. We describe the applicability of the theory of diversification of enterprises in the tourism industry. Визначається сутність диверсифікації. Проаналізовано науковий доробок, що існує в економічній теорії щодо дослідження дефініції «диверсифікація». Досліджено діючу систему диверсифікації діяльності суб’єктів господарювання, зокрема проаналізовано класифікацію її напрямів та видів. Обґрунтовано необхідність застосування процесу диверсифікації діяльності суб’єктами господарювання з метою забезпечення високого рівня конкурентоспроможності та підтримки стійкого фінансового стану підприємств. Охарактеризовано фактори необхідності введення диверсифікаційних процесів. Сформульовано мету та визначено методи проведення диверсифікації з ціллю максимізації показників рентабельності та фінансової стійкості. Описано можливість застосування теорії диверсифікації в діяльності підприємств туристичної індустрії.
