The research gives the analysis and generalization of the foregoers experience in processes of submission and publicationof financial statements via the Internet. Attention is paid to the main features of the implementation of the given process inUkraine, taking into account the interests of financial statements users. It marks the main advantages of electronic reporting inUkraine. The dialectical relationship of financial statements accessibility in the context of information technology development is investigated. It gives the author's vision of solving the problems of electronic reporting in Ukraine Проаналізовано та узагальнено досвід попередників щодо процесів подання та оприлюднення фінансової звітності за допомогою мережі Інтернет. Звернуто увагу на основні особливості запровадження даного процесу в Україні із урахуванням інтересів користувачів фінансової звітності. Виділено основні переваги електронного звітування в Україні. Досліджено діалектичний взаємозв’язок доступності фінансової звітності у контексті розвитку інформаційних технологій. Дано авторське бачення вирішення проблем електронного звітування в Україні
