Abstract

Basic principles of mechanisms of forming and use of skilled potential of young people are considered inUkraine, separate aspects of forming of public youth policy of employment. Possible directions of its realization are offered in the context of assistance employment and employment of young people Розглянуто основні засади механізмів формування та використання кадрового потенціалу молоді в Україні, окремі аспекти формування державної молодіжної політики зайнятості. Запропоновано можливі напрями її реалізації в контексті сприяння зайнятості та працевлаштування молоді
