ЗМІНА МІЖНАРОДНИХ СТАНДАРТІВ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ЯК ФАКТОР ВПЛИВУ НА ПОВЕДІНКУ ІНОЗЕМНОГО КАПІТАЛУ В БАНКІВСЬКІЙ СИСТЕМІ УКРАЇНИ // The regulation standarts changes as a factor of influence on banavior of foreign capital in bancing system of Ukraine

The article investigates the evolution of approaches to regulating banking activities of the National Bank ofUkraineand the International Committee on Banking Supervision , define the stages of implementation of international standards in the regulation of banking activities inUkraine. We study the impact of the standards of regulation and supervision as the constituent elements of the system affect during interaction with other elements on the structural parameters of the banking system. Based on the methodology of System Studies, the author considers the regulation as a constituent element of the system, in particular banking , which has an effect on the composition and size of the system and thereby confirms the efficacy of systemic principles. In the article of foreign capital is an indicator, which determines the general trend of the banking system ofUkraine. Досліджується еволюція підходів до регулювання банківської діяльності Національного банку України та Міжнародного комітету з питань банківського нагляду, визначаються етапи імплементації міжнародних стандартів врегулювання банківської діяльності в Україні. Проводиться дослідження впливу стандартів регулювання та нагляду як складових елементів системи, що здійснюють вплив у процесі взаємодії з іншими елементами на структурні параметри банківської системи. Спираючись на методологію системних досліджень, автор розглядає регулювання як складовий елемент системи, зокрема банківської, що здійснює вплив на склад та розмір системи і тим самим підтверджує дієвість системних принципів. В статті іноземний капітал виступає індикатором, що визначає загальну тенденцію розвитку банківської системи України.
