Abstract

Theoretical basis of local budgets revenues formation has been considered. Particular attention to own revenues of local budgets, resource support for its own and delegated authority of local government has been paid. The suggestions for improving the resource support of local governments have been grounded. Розглянуто теоретичні засади формування дохідної частини місцевих бюджетів. Особлива увага приділена власним доходам місцевих бюджетів, ресурсному забезпеченню виконання власних і делегованих повноважень органів місцевого самоврядування. Обгрунтовано пропозиції щодо покращення ресурсного забезпечення органів місцевого самоврядування.
