Abstract

Problems of accounting and tax accounting of fixed assets obtained as contribution into enterprise’s authorized capital have been researched as well as the problems and ways of their solution have been pointed out. Досліджуються проблеми бухгалтерського та податкового обліку основних засобів отриманих у вигляді внеску до статутного капіталу підприємства, вказуються проблеми та способи їх вирішення.
