Abstract

Ecological legislation of Ukrainein the part of legal regulation of landscape preservance and protection has been systematized. Positive sides of legislation have been revealed, as well as propositions towards standard-legal basis of landscape preservance and protection have been given. The meaning of “landscape protection” has been presented. Систематизовано екологічне законодавство України в частині правового регулювання збереження та охорони ландшафтів. Виявлено як позитивні сторони законодавства, так і надані пропозиції по вдосконаленню нормативно-правових основ збереження та охорони ландшафтів. Дано визначення поняттю “охорона ландшафтів”.
