Abstract

? ?????? ???????????????? ??????????? ? ?????????????? ???????????? ????????-????????? ?????? ?.?.????????. ? ????? ? ???? ????????????????? ????????? ????? ?????? ?? ???????????? ???????? ? ??????????????????????? ???????????? ??????????: ????????? ??????? ????????? ???????? ???????????? ????????, ????????? ?????????, ???????????? ? ?????????? ????. In this article liberal and conservative components of the political and legal doctrine of B.N. Chicherin are analyzed. In thisconnection the various points of view on the put problem are systematized and fundamental components of creativity are allocated: arecognition of the main value of a society of the human person, a recognition of its freedom, natural and positive law.
