Abstract

The article analyzes the scientific and theoretical basis for the audit in the personnel field, the necessity and importance of updating priorities in the context of human capital management. У статті проаналізовано сучасну науково-теоретичну базу аудиту укадровій сфері, обґрунтовано необхідність та важливість її оновлення вконтексті пріоритетів управління людським капіталом організації.
