ПРОБЛЕМНІ ПИТАННЯ БУХГАЛТЕРСЬКОГО ОБЛІКУ І КОНТРОЛЮ НЕЗАВЕРШЕНОГО ВИРОБНИЦТВА ПИВОВАРНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ // Problematic issues of accounting and control of breweries’ work in progress

The article analyzes the current state of Ukrainian breweries, the tendencies of the sector development and identifies the organizational and technological features of functioning of economic entities in the field of brewing. The author studies the accounting and control software process control at breweries, Such a research allows to establish the problematic issues of organizational and methodological provisions of accounting and control of work in progress in the brewing industry. The author proves theoretically the feasibility of the ABC calculation concept at the plants tested, In particular the researcher identifies ABC-operations, their relation to the redistribution of the brewing process, and also identifies possible cost-sharing framework. As for the control of the work in progress in the brewing industry the paper identifies the areas of organizational and methodical nature of the solution of unresolved issues. The proposals developed by the author allow in further research to improve the accounting and control management software work in progress at breweries to minimize production losses, defective articles and waste products. Проаналізовано сучасний стан пивоварних підприємств України, виявлено тенденції розвитку даної галузі та ідентифіковано організаційно-технологічні особливості функціонування суб’єктів господарювання в галузі пивоваріння. Досліджено обліково- контрольне забезпечення управління процесом виробництва на пивоварних підприємствах, що дозволило встановити проблемні питання організаційно-методичних положень бухгалтерського обліку і контролю незавершеного виробництва підприємств галузі пивоваріння. Теоретично обґрунтовано доцільність застосування на досліджуваних підприємствах концепції калькулювання АВС, зокрема ідентифіковано АВС-операції, їх співвідношення з переділами технологічного процесу пивоваріння, а також визначено можливі бази розподілу витрат. У частині контролю незавершеного виробництва підприємств галузі пивоваріння визначено напрями організаційного та методичного характеру щодо вирішення виявлених проблемних питань. Розроблені пропозиції дозволяють у подальших дослідженнях удосконалити обліково-контрольне забезпечення управління незавершеним виробництвом на пивоварних підприємствах задля мінімізації виробничих втрат, браку виробництва та відходів.
