Abstract

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of process-oriented cost accounting and control for costs based on the method of ABC – costing, in the case of using technology of the functional and cost analysis (FCA), which provides system, complex approach toward administrative decisions making on the basis of designing of business processes and necessity of their permanent improvement. Стаття присвячена особливостям процесно-орієнтованого обліку і контролю витрат, що ґрунтуються на методі АВС – калькуляції, у разі застосування технології функціонально-вартісного аналізу (ФВА), що забезпечує системний, комплексний підхід до прийняття управлінських рішень на основі моделювання бізнес-процесів та необхідності їх постійного поліпшення.
