АЛГОРИТМІЗАЦІЯ ПРОЦЕСУ ДІАГНОСТИКИ ПРОБЛЕМНИХ СИТУАЦІЙ БАНКІВСЬКОЇ СИСТЕМИ // Algorithmization of the diagnostics process of problem situations in banking system

In the article the diagnostics process of problem situations in banking system is researched and the algorithm of such process is constructed It includes three stages – diagnostics of retrospective, current and future condition of the banking system. It is proved that the results of each analysis as it is retrospective condition, current or future are gradual steps that methodically and informative provide each other. On the basis of this the conclusion that the diagnostics process of problem situations in banking system is a system process is made. With using the developed algorithm of problem situations diagnostics in banking system becomes possible under the analysis of various parameters – indicators of its activity, to determine the reasons and the place of origin of problem situations. This approach will ensure timely diagnosis and will create the necessary analytical basis to support management actions. Досліджено процес діагностики проблемних ситуацій банківської системи та побудований алгоритм даного процесу через проходження трьох стадій – діагностики ретроспективного, поточного та перспективного стану банківської системи. Доведено, що отримання результатів кожного аналізу, як-от: ретроспективного стану, поточного та перспективного, є поступовими кроками, які методично та інформативно забезпечують один одного, з чого зроблений висновок про те, що процес діагностики проблемних ситуацій банківської системи є системним процесом. Розроблений алгоритм процесу діагностики проблемних ситуацій банківської системи дає можливість, аналізуючи різного роду параметри – показники (індикатори) її діяльності, визначити причини та місця виникнення проблемних ситуацій. Такий підхід забезпечить проведення своєчасної діагностики та створить необхідне аналітичне підґрунтя для обґрунтування управлінських дій.
