Abstract

Привлечение иностранного капитала при переходе России к инновационной экономике требует глубокой проработки концептуальных подходов к его регулированию,установки четких приоритетов проводимой экономической политики и учета не только позитивных, но и негативных послетствий иностранного инвестипрования. В статье представлен анализ структуры и функционирования иностранного капитала в российской экономике. The analysis of structure and functioning of the foreign capital in the Russian economy is submitted.The author notes that attraction of the foreign capital upon Russias transition to innovative ture of the economy demands deep study of conceptual approaches to its regulation,installations of accurate priorities of pursued economic policy and the account of either positive and negative conseguences of foreign investments.
