Abstract

Pe teritoriul Romaniei traieste o multitudine de comunitati apartinand unor diverse minoritati etnice. Rezultatele ultimului recensamant al populatiei si locuintelor din octombrie 2011 au aratat ca romanii reprezinta circa 87% din totalul populatiei rezidente, romanii, la randul lor cuprinzand o varietate de fractiuni etnice de origine romanã (Saineanu, 1929), precum istroroman, aroman, cic, macedoroman, meglenoroman, vlah.
