Abstract

This paper analyses one of the most significant elements of the national economy that is the monetary situation, reflected by placements and resources. The authors focused on the monetary evolution, the situation of the budgetary execution, and the evolution of the public debt. A very significant element for the macroeconomic analysis consists of the monetary situation of the country, meaning the placements and resources available with the national economy at a given time as well as the way in which they are evaluating from one to another period.
