Abstract

Excessive aggregation of systems, methods, techniques and Instruments, achieved through the practices, confirmed, theorized and scientifîcally grounded, of contemporary management, results into in a complex, yet natural background of topicality in the new millennium's management. This paper attempts to describe a few of the aspects concerning durability or sustainability ofknowledge, learning and skills in organizational management.
