Abstract

A SWOT analysis of the romanian capital market highlights the main directions of development in this field of activity, but also the potential remedial measures of new developments in the financial instruments market.Thus, it is found that the stock market of our country has not reached an optimal level of maturity, it is still strong submited to the external factors influence.
