    Abstract

    Universitatile sunt considerate institutii ale "invatarii". Dar, cine si ce invata in universitati? Ceea ce se iInvata in universitati reflecta necesitatile unei societati antreprenoriale? Analiza literaturii de specialitate demonstreaza clar ca, la nivel international, s-a scris si discutat mult despre imperativitatea unor schimbari in Invatamantului superior, atat din perspectiva structurilor interne ale universitatilor, cat si, mai important, a rolului acestora in raport cu societatea. Au rezultat numeroase reflectii filosofice din re-analizarea "ideii" de universitate. Totusi, dincolo de toate acestea, existata un consens general asupra necesitatii ca invatamantul superior sa contribuie intr-o masura substantiala la dezvoltarea abilitatilor antreprenoriale ale absolventilor de studii universitare, in vederea pregatirii lor pentru o societate din ce in ce mai incerta si complexa, iIn acelasi timp, care implica schimbari frecvente ale ocupatiei, mobilitate internationala, adaptare la diferite culturi, lucrul intr-o lume a structurilor organizationale fluide, o responsabilitate individuala mai mare etc. In acest context, diploma universitara nu mai poate fi privita ca o garantie a angajarii pe intreaga durata a vietii active, ci ca pe "un bilet de intrare" pe piata muncii. Componenta cheie a unei astfel de perspective este dezvoltarea spiritului antreprenorial in randul studentilor/absolventilor, pornind de la ipoteza, posibil discutabila, ca acestia sunt persoane mai dornice de afirmare, mai ambitioase decat alte segmente de populatie. Prezentul studiu releva concluziile unei cercetarii exploratorii cu privire la importanta acordata, in contextul carierei lor profesionale, de catre absolventi, unor abilitati antreprenoriale si masura in care studiile urmate de catre ei au contribuit la dezvoltarea acestora.
