Methodological Basis Of Fitness Developing In Basketball

Abstract

The concept “motoric quality is essential for physical activity specific to sport training. Starting from the general nature of physical activity and the qualitative levels of its manifestation, the most comprehensive form regarding the relationship between motricity and its quality manifestation is illustrated by the expression “the quality of the motoric activity. Necessarily, the specific movement of sport activity is highlighted in relation with the environment in which it is performed, wherefrom the dominant quality of the specific movement of the motoric activity. Analyzing the dynamic of sport performances during some intervals of time, we can set a relationship between the components that mostly determined a constant growth regarding the level of the performance achieved.
