Abstract

Recruiting is not an easy process, even though it acts like a condensation of a very complex and dynamnic system, bringing toghether a number of features, specific parameters and information of different nature. The recruiting process is versatile / multilateral, identified with the real system desired to be achieved (detection of children who will get sport performance at the highest level).Recruiting is presented as an organized, hierarchical and repeated systematic process, which aims discovery of children with specific abilities for swimming, based on rigorous scientific structure, build on a system of predispositions (somatic, functional, motor, mental, etc.).
