Abstract

The best way to a healthy life and a peaceful oldness is the combination between a physical effort and a natural healthy alimentation. The short ways such as esthetical surgery, drugs, cure for reducing weight, liposuction are not indicated. Sedentariness or lack of physical effort and a bad nutrition lead to obesity, diabetes and serious heart problems etc. Our problems start because the computer, TV and sofa have replaced the sports fields, parks and balls. The fast-foods took the offensive against children, young people and adults. Latest studies show that at a normal person just 8.4% of fat cells die and are replaced annually. Adipose cell has an average lifetime of about 10 years. Fat cells of obese people have a greater life. Absolute number of fat cells remains constant in adults and lost fat cells are replaced immediately. An adipose cell with a limited amount of stored fat can rapidly absorb or release fatty acids in the body depending on energy needs. A specific effort and a proper nutrition can make the body’s healthy functioning leading to balance and spiritual harmony. Through movement we can understand any physical activity in witch the effort is according with the metabolism, possibilities and wishes of the person, whether is running, jogging, aerobics, cycling, fitness, bodybuilding, sports games.
