Abstract

Fencing is a sport that requires a complex body of the athlete with important effects on the development of skill, speed, strength, endurance, speed, determination, sense of rhythm and time, tests the will and imagination of the fencer, strengthens the fighting spirit, ability to concentrate and reaction in different situations in competitions. One definition, the classic belonging to Moliere considers that fencing is the art of hitting without being hit
