Abstract

Physical exercises and prophylactic exercises are used for preventing the physical deficiencies, improving motion skills and physical condition and to optimize health. We influence our whole body doing physical exercising. Getting large groups of muscles to strain directly influences vital functions like blood circulation, breathing, the metabolism, the nervous system and the bone structure. The aging process is marked by certain coordinates: behaviour-driven changes, relative reduction of brain volume as a result of white matte loss, motion deficiency, difficult walking, hunched back, shaking – cellular loss consequences. Intellectual skills are also affected, they gradually degrade with age.
