Abstract

In any company, the finance sector is recognized as the most digitized. For this reason, the present article highlights the major changes in work processes that occurred in this area and how the companies took advantage of it. Using a model proposed by McKinsey Institute (2015), our research is based on the qualitative analysis of the information collected from 2 focus groups organized with managers from companies that are specialized in financial services and managers that are from client side. The main results of the research are: the evaluation of the level of digital transformation in financial services based on McKinsey model, the identification of the trends for the digital transformation process and the priorities for the near future of the companies specialized in financial services from human resources perspective.
