Abstract

One of the major challenges that leaders face is that of creating and applying an organizational vision that could be the inspirating source for organizational objectives and the activities developed within. It is a matter of integrating the individual and organizational expectations, in order to meet the business environment requirements, to achieve the expected performance and the stakeholders to be please with the provided results
